Begin your Okavango adventure with an arrival at the international airport in Maun where you will be met be a representative of the African You’ll be introduced to your experienced private pilot who will check you through and onto your charter flight.
After a short 20-minute flight you arrive at your first exclusive lodge in the heart of the Okavango Delta.
We give you a choice of luxurious lodges and you decide. All of our choices are of the highest calibre. Each safari tent has a private lounge area and deck, connected to the main area of the camp by raised wooden walkways.
After being shown to your luxurious tented room, and given a tour around the camp with a special spiel on how to handle dangerous animals should you come across any, you’ll be invited to enjoy the majestic surroundings from a viewing deck with a sun downer.

Today your Okavango adventure begins with a bush breakfast followed by a game walk. You’ll have met your private guide the day before. These guys are pros. Think about them like bush ninjas. They know how to sound out a lion from 20 kilometers away, track down the craziest of all the delta creatures, and listen to wildlife calls from different antelope to echo-locate leopards and cheetahs. Watching them in action is an almost religious experience, and you’ll want to make sure cameras and binoculars are at hand and ready for the duration of the game drive.
Following the game drive, it’s mokoro time. A mokoro is a traditional dug out wooden canoe that has become a symbol of life in the Okavango Delta. And there is no better way to explore the lush flood plains of the delta. Your experienced poler and guide takes you down river where’ll you get the chance to get up close and personal with some stunning wildlife.
Following the mokoro, there may be time for an evening game walk.
In the evening, an intimate candlelit dinner will be served, either on your private deck, or in the main dining area. With a great wine selection, and some superb food, you’re guaranteed a real fine time.

Following another delicious breakfast, and a game walk if you’re interested, you will be ,met by your pilot for your charter flight to Rra Dinare Camp. You’ll fly quite low over the Delta in order to appreciate the stunning Okavango scenery from above. Located in the Sankuyo concession, Rra Dinare (Father Buffalo) is a relatively new camp offering a host of elegant luxuries. The camp is very comfortable, and very intimate.
Upon your arrival, you will meet your new bush guide and will be given a game drive. The area is a hotspot for wildlife, and both leopards, wild dogs, and lions are regularly spotted close to camp.
You’ll find a bottle of chilled champagne waiting for you and your partner on your private deck. Probably no better way to enjoy a startlingly beautiful sunset.

Camp Okavango is located just north of the iconic Moremi Game Reserve, and the wildlife in this area is truly pristine. The lodge is located amidts a number of sprawling channels, and has water year round which ensures water activities or guests at any time f the year.
The camp has 11 intimate safari suites and one large family suite.
All of the tents are built on raised platforms and have a superb view over the surrounding water channels and flood plains.
A series of raised platforms connects all camp structures, with the highlight being an upper deck with communal area, fire pits, and a large swimming pool.

Splash Camp is situated in the heart of the Okavango Delta, within the Private Kwara Reserve. This brand new camp belongs to the Kwando Safaris portfolio and it offers a very relaxed, friendly and authentic atmosphere.
The area has long been known as Splash due to the huge water crossings that had to be negotiated to access the camp area.
The camp is located around a paned lagoon with each of the 12 rooms looking out over the pan. There is game all year round, easily viewable from the rooms.
